These terms apply to everyone who uses Bakkstage as a customer. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. Who can use Bakkstage
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account.
2. Tickets
Tickets are bought with real money at $1 per ticket and are used only to unlock content and memberships on Bakkstage. Tickets have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged back for money except where the law requires.
3. Unlocks and purchases
When you unlock a post or Vault item you get immediate access, so unlocks are final and non-refundable unless the content is missing, broken or not as described, or the law requires a refund. Contact support and we will review it.
4. Monthly memberships
Memberships (passes) renew every 30 days and are charged automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Memberships page; you keep access until the end of the current 30-day period. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.
5. Using content you unlock
Creators own their content. Unlocking gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it on Bakkstage. You may not download for sharing, record, screenshot for distribution, re-upload, resell or publicly post any creator content or private messages. Doing so will get your account permanently closed and may lead to legal action by the creator.
6. Messages and AI assistance
Creators may use AI assistants and team members to help reply to messages and recommend content. Text messages to our number may be sent if you opt in; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
7. Your behaviour
Do not harass, threaten or abuse creators or other users, attempt to get around locked content, use bots or scrapers, or commit payment fraud or false chargebacks. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Bakkstage is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
